The internal blower wheel housing and the rear heating duct were packed solid with damp lint. The outside wall vent hood was also clogged, completely blocking air discharge and triggering safety limit switches.
Unplugged the dryer and pulled it out from the laundry wall.
Removed the top cover, control panel, and front cabinet shield.
Separated the drum from the base to expose the internal blower housing.
Vacuumed out all accumulated lint from the motor, heater box, and cabinet bottom.
Cleaned the exhaust transition duct and scrubbed the outside wall vent cap.
Inspected the drum belt and rollers for wear (greased joints to ensure silent rotation).
